Drafter I

Location: Lansdale, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite full-time role. U.S. Person status is required for authorized access to ITAR-controlled data.

What you will do

• Produce accurate CAD models, assemblies, and technical drawings according to internal drafting standards.
• Define part numbers, maintain logs, and process part-number-add requests for standard and non-standard products.
• Control and update product documentation in response to product change requests.
• Coordinate work-in-progress, inventory, and product-change impacts with Applications Engineering and Operations.
• Protect and maintain engineering data in the 3DX digital file storage system.
• Support technical marketing materials and maintain work instructions under the direction of senior drafting staff.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; an associate degree or business/technical school background is preferred.
• 1–2 years of related drafting experience.
• CAD experience required; SolidWorks experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of GD&T and ASME Y14.5M or later revisions.
• Experience with a product data management system, including vaults, libraries, file storage, and access control; Synergis Adept experience preferred.
• Adaptability, attention to detail, data interpretation, organization, and communication skills.
