Training Partner - Field Operations (Construction)

Location: Brownsville, Green Bay, Milwaukee, or Neenah, Wisconsin; travel up to 20% of the year is required.

What you will do

• Partner with operational leaders, HR Partners, and subject matter experts to identify skill gaps and translate business needs into training solutions.
• Design field-ready learning content grounded in construction management workflows and real jobsite requirements.
• Deliver facilitator-led, blended, and on-demand training for jobsite leaders, field employees, and office professionals.
• Facilitate discussions and tailor learning experiences for diverse audiences.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and refine programs to improve development and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of Learning and Development experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Required experience in construction or field-based environments, with a strong understanding of construction management workflows and field operations.
• Experience consulting with subject matter experts, leaders, and HR Partners in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong facilitation, adult learning, instructional design, and talent development skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and strong graphic design ability.

• Instructional design certification.
