Training Partner - Field Operations

Location: Montgomery, Illinois, or Otsego, Minnesota; travel up to 20% of the year is required.

Salary: $94,000–$129,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Partner with operational leaders, HR Partners, and subject matter experts to identify skill gaps and translate business needs into training solutions.
• Design practical, field-ready learning content for construction and field operations.
• Deliver facilitator-led, blended, and on-demand training for jobsite leaders and experienced professionals.
• Facilitate discussions that support real-world application and career development.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve learning programs and materials.
• Build trusted partnerships that align technical expertise with learning and development best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of Learning and Development or related experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Required experience in construction or field-based environments, including a strong understanding of construction management workflows and field operations.
• Experience consulting with subject matter experts, leaders, and HR Partners in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong facilitation, communication, planning, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and talent development strategies.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills and strong graphic design ability.
