Learning Program Leader – Americas

Location: Hybrid, with in-person attendance at least three days per week at a hirify.global office or client site in the United States. Approved locations include Chicago, Downers Grove, Pittsburgh, Baltimore, Raleigh, Charlotte, Columbia, Atlanta, Jacksonville, Orlando, Fort Lauderdale, Tampa, Cleveland, Southfield, Cincinnati, Kansas City, Appleton, Milwaukee, St. Louis, Wichita, Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Dallas, Austin, and Houston.

Salary: $104,000–$140,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the strategy, design, and delivery of global early-career milestone leadership programs.
• Assess business and talent priorities, define learning content and skill priorities, and establish success measures.
• Partner with instructional design, business learning, succession planning, People & Culture, and other stakeholder groups.
• Manage regional program workplans, budgets, contracts, invoices, procurement, vendor performance, and operational delivery.
• Oversee faculty preparation, stakeholder communications, reporting, effectiveness analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Lead, coach, and support learning implementation staff while coordinating additional mid-career programs as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 5 years of progressive program management experience, preferably in professional services and leadership development.
• Experience leading learning programs using adult learning principles, instructional design, and facilitation practices.
• Experience working in a global, matrixed organization and managing vendor relationships.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 and willingness to travel across geographies as needed.
• Ability to attend in person at least three days per week at an approved United States office or client site.
