What you will do
- Design and deliver learning programs focusing on soft skills like communication, influence, and negotiation.
- Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and align learning solutions with business priorities.
- Translate complex technical insurance content into practical, learner-centered programs.
- Develop high-quality learning materials including e-learning modules, facilitator guides, and job aids.
- Facilitate dynamic in-person and virtual sessions to encourage skill practice and real-world application.
- Measure learning effectiveness and refine programs based on performance data and business impact.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in learning and development, facilitation, or instructional design.
- Strong background in the E&S insurance industry, including underwriting and market practices.
- US Work Authorization required (no visa sponsorship).
- Proven ability to design programs for diverse audiences, including early-career employees.
- Expertise in using AI tools to design and deliver innovative training experiences.
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

- Professional certifications in learning and development, coaching, or leadership development.
- Experience training brokers and operations teams in specialty insurance environments.
