What you will do

• Design and deliver learning programs focusing on soft skills like communication, influence, and negotiation.
• Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and align learning solutions with business priorities.
• Translate complex technical insurance content into practical, learner-centered programs.
• Develop high-quality learning materials including e-learning modules, facilitator guides, and job aids.
• Facilitate dynamic in-person and virtual sessions to encourage skill practice and real-world application.
• Measure learning effectiveness and refine programs based on performance data and business impact.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in learning and development, facilitation, or instructional design.
• Strong background in the E&S insurance industry, including underwriting and market practices.
• US Work Authorization required (no visa sponsorship).
• Proven ability to design programs for diverse audiences, including early-career employees.
• Expertise in using AI tools to design and deliver innovative training experiences.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

• Professional certifications in learning and development, coaching, or leadership development.
• Experience training brokers and operations teams in specialty insurance environments.
