Training Manager, Field Training and Development (Remote)

Location: Remote; compensation information applies to individuals hired in the United States

Salary: $121,103–$181,125 per year, plus incentive opportunity

What you will do

• Identify learning needs and develop targeted training programs for customer-facing field personnel.
• Design, coordinate, and implement field training programs in multiple formats.
• Align training programs and deliverables with brand strategies and commercial business objectives.
• Collaborate with Brand, Field Leadership, Medical, co-promotion partners, peers, and external vendors.
• Assess training effectiveness and create follow-up programs that support learning transfer and continued development.
• Manage priorities, build consensus, influence stakeholders, and operate effectively in a complex matrixed environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least five years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Strong communication, collaboration, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and initiate and deliver projects.
• Demonstrated mastery of strategic partnership, project management, instructional design, facilitation, and coaching.
• Ability to work remotely within the United States; travel requirement is 35%.

Nice to have

• Two years of training or people leadership experience.
• Rare renal experience.
• Experience with adult learning concepts, modern training techniques, and management principles.
• Knowledge of learning management systems, e-learning applications, and internet-based support tools.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical, medical, and managed care environments.
