Specialty/Senior Specialty Representative - Dermatology - Lexington, KY (Biotech)

Location: Lexington-Fayette, Kentucky; territory covers Lexington, KY. Relocation is not offered for this role.

Annual salary: Specialty Representative $89,880–$121,602; Senior Specialty Representative $115,949–$156,872, plus eligible incentives.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary customer contact for medical professionals in the dermatology territory.
• Communicate clinical product benefits and promote hirify.global products in line with marketing strategy.
• Deliver branded sales messages, conduct medical education programs, and achieve territory sales targets through in-person and virtual engagement.
• Manage customer accounts, tailor interactions to customer needs, support product access, and resolve or triage reimbursement issues.
• Analyze territory performance, provide marketing feedback, and develop territory plans with the District Manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues, share best practices, and maintain an ethical, science-based approach focused on patient impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; or an associate degree with 6 years of sales experience; or a high school diploma/GED with 8 years of sales experience for the Senior Specialty Representative level.
• For the Specialty Representative level: bachelor's degree, or associate degree with 4 years of sales experience, or high school diploma/GED with 6 years of sales experience.
• For the Senior Specialty Representative level, bachelor's degree plus 3 years of sales and/or relevant healthcare or scientific clinical experience, with equivalent alternatives based on education.
• Sales experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries is preferred.
• Local market knowledge and established relationships in the Lexington territory are preferred.
• Preferred background includes product or hospital sales in dermatology or related therapeutic areas.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Business Administration.
• Experience in oncology, nephrology, rheumatology, inflammation, cardiology, neurology, endocrinology, hepatology, gastroenterology, or infectious diseases.
• Strength in planning and organizing, business and technical knowledge, impactful communication, driving results, and relationship building.
