Executive Immunology Sales Specialist, Dermatology (Manhattan North)

Location: New York, New York, United States; coverage of the Manhattan North territory. Must reside close to the territory or be willing to relocate to it. Travel is required as necessary.

Base pay: $111,000–$178,250 annually, plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Achieve sales objectives for Janssen Biotech immunology products and services.
• Present complex clinical and business information to dermatologists, healthcare staff, hospitals, clinics, pharmacists, health plans, government agencies, and patient groups.
• Apply clinical knowledge, business expertise, and selling skills to influence treatment decisions.
• Execute local marketing strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business results.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and strengthen customer loyalty within healthcare provider systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least five years of direct selling experience with healthcare professionals in pharmaceutical, biotech, device, or healthcare industries, or experience in large-account management or business-to-business sales.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
• Residence near the Manhattan North geography or willingness to relocate to it.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, customer-centricity, collaboration, sales planning, and performance measurement skills.

Nice to have

• Experience selling injectable or infused products.
• Knowledge of immunology and dermatology.
• Experience managing complex reimbursement issues.
• Successful performance in project-oriented selling and high-incentive environments.
• Completion of management development courses.
