Manufacturing Engineering Manager

What you will do

• Manage and develop a diverse team of supervisors and managers while maintaining a safe, efficient working environment.
• Identify and implement manufacturing solutions, coordinate multiple concurrent projects, and develop automation concepts, budgets, and value justifications.
• Develop and continuously improve maintenance programs focused on safety, asset utilization, cost-effectiveness, quality, and business results.
• Lead equipment evaluations covering ergonomics, environmental impact, capacity improvement, and site requirements.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, ergonomic manufacturing, waste reduction, process improvement, transformation plans, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Optimize predictive and preventive maintenance and improve Total Productive Maintenance metrics, including MTBF and MTTR.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience demonstrating outstanding ability.
• 10+ years of manufacturing engineering experience, preferably in fabrication, welding, brazing, CNC, custom automation, or press environments.
• At least 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing principles and structured problem solving such as 8D and A3.
• Experience in a continuous-improvement environment and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
