Senior Project Manager (UAS)

Location: Camp Lejeune, North Carolina; Camp Pendleton, California; 29 Palms, California; Marine Corps Base K-Bay, Hawaii, or nearby locations. Work may be performed on-site or off-site within CONUS, with travel as needed.

Salary: $135,000–$247,000 annually, based on geographic location, experience, and other factors.

What you will do

• Plan, manage, and execute UAS projects in accordance with PMA-263 requirements.
• Coordinate with government technical experts and OEM representatives to achieve project objectives.
• Monitor project costs, schedules, deliverables, and overall project performance.
• Provide regular updates and reports to program leadership.
• Ensure quality assurance and compliance with contract requirements.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of UAS project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or an additional eight years of job-related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate with government technical experts and OEM representatives.
• Ability to work at or near one of the listed U.S. locations and within CONUS.

Nice to have

• PMP or another project management certification.
• Experience managing geographically dispersed teams.
• Familiarity with military UAS programs and lifecycle management.
