What you will do

• Manage Operations portion of program lifecycle, aligning with Sustaining Engineering and Program Manager on requirements.
• Develop, implement, and track performance measurement baselines, controls, and success criteria.
• Identify, analyze, and report Operations risks and opportunities; participate in corrective actions.
• Coordinate project teams, inter-dependencies, factory priorities, and hardware delivery status.
• Lead program meetings, reviews, and ensure flow-down of requirements to suppliers.
• Manage scope changes, prepare cost proposals, and maintain product requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing Management, or Engineering (or equivalent)
• Minimum 8-12 years in Operations and/or Project Management
• Proven track record running multiple successful projects in highly technical environment
• Deep knowledge of Project Management methods, tools, and processes
• Collaborative problem-solving; effective interfacing with internal teams, government, and commercial customers
• Basic familiarity with export licenses for military products; qualify as U.S. person under ITAR

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Oracle
• Experience with DoD contracts
• Familiarity with AS-9100 Quality standards
• Strong organizational and communication skills
