What you will do

• Partner with contract manufacturers and engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of critical flight and R&D hardware.
• Manage project budgets, engineering schedules, and procurement timelines.
• Communicate technical requirements between suppliers and internal management.
• Monitor supplier performance against cost and schedule goals.
• Drive supplier process development to improve product design and manufacturing.
• Transition products from concept to the development phase.

Requirements

• Experience in project management within a technical environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project for internal and external schedule balancing.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

Nice to have

• Experience in the design of aerospace electronic controls and fluids systems.
• Experience working with various fabrication, electrical, and fluids component vendors.
• Working familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or other team collaboration software tools.
