Salary: $85,100–$161,700 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Facilitate workshops covering portfolio management processes, demand intake, resource planning, and project delivery.
• Define the SPM vision and roadmap, aligning ServiceNow capabilities with business outcomes.
• Own and prioritize the SPM product backlog across demand, project, resource, and financial management.
• Identify dependencies across SPM modules and drive logical implementation sequencing.
• Advise clients on portfolio visibility, investment planning, governance, and resource utilization.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, stakeholder alignment, and adoption of standardized processes.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of ServiceNow experience, including ServiceNow Administrator Certification.
• Hands-on experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow SPM modules, including Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management, Resource Management, and Agile Development.
• Experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst on SPM implementations and portfolio management transformations.
• 3–5 years of client-facing consulting or advisory experience with strong stakeholder management skills.
• At least 3 years working in Agile environments such as Scrum or SAFe.
• Knowledge of portfolio management, project lifecycles, resource planning, governance, financial tracking, requirements analysis, process mapping, solution design, and ITIL/ITSM principles.

Nice to have

• ITIL Foundation or ServiceNow SPM-specific certification.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow SPM with Jira, Azure DevOps, or other Agile and project management platforms.
• Knowledge of capacity planning, investment governance, CapEx/OpEx tracking, ROI analysis, SAFe, COBIT, or Lean Portfolio Management.
