Senior Associate, Integration & Separation

Location: Atlanta Metro Area, United States

Salary: $88,900–$168,300 per year, plus discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Analyze integration and separation planning, including functional readiness and transition considerations.
• Support the development of integration and separation plans, timelines, and workplans.
• Participate in client meetings and working sessions to gather information and validate assumptions.
• Prepare client-ready materials and synthesize engagement findings.
• Coach associates and review the work of junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1–6 years of professional experience.
• Ability to travel as required and work increased hours during active execution phases.
• Flexibility to meet client deadlines.
• Applicants requiring sponsorship now or in the future are not eligible for entry-level hiring.
