Manager Advisory Services

Location: Remote; travel 61–80% within the US

Salary: $113,000–$188,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead and manage significant healthcare consulting workstreams or projects.
• Direct data analyses, interpret findings, develop recommendations, and perform quality assurance on deliverables.
• Prepare client presentations, reports, and other materials communicating strategy, outcomes, and solutions.
• Support implementation of recommended operational improvements and manage project risks and issues.
• Manage project budgets, expenses, profitability, billing, logistics, and assigned staff.
• Contribute to practice development, sales opportunities, profitability improvement, and internal training.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of applicable professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience conducting analyses, overseeing deliverables, mentoring staff, and leading work groups.
• Ability to communicate project outcomes, recommendations, and strategy to client audiences in verbal and written formats.
• Ability to build effective relationships with clients and team members and work collaboratively.
• Ability to work remotely with 61–80% travel within the US.

Nice to have

• Experience in health systems finance, healthcare operations, operational or strategic consulting, strategic planning, or decision-support analytics.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Master’s degree, RN or another relevant clinical professional license, PMP certification, or Lean certification.
