Sales Executive - Industrial Markets - Ireland (m/f/x) (Industrial Adhesives and Tapes)

Location: Field-based role covering Ireland, including Northern Ireland; flexible candidate location across Ireland. Travel may reach 60%.

What you will do

• Promote, demonstrate, introduce, and sell industrial adhesives and tapes to end users in line with sales targets.
• Manage key accounts and develop new business opportunities across the assigned territory.
• Build relationships with distributors, end users, contractors, engineering consultants, and other customer contacts.
• Support a combined sales value of approximately $3.5m and monitor market and customer changes.
• Maintain accurate CRM records covering sales visits, opportunities, and account activities.
• Deliver training to distributor internal and external sales teams while developing product and application expertise.

Requirements

• Proven adhesives or tapes sales experience, or industrial sales experience with a strong record of winning and retaining business.
• Experience managing a sales territory with multiple product lines.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, collaboration, and customer-delivery skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work effectively within a complex organization and constructively challenge others when needed.
• Ability to work across Ireland, including Northern Ireland, in a field-based role with up to 60% travel.
