Logistics Analyst (Coterie)

Location: Remote within states where hirify.global is registered and authorized to employ individuals

Salary: $85,000–$98,000 base salary per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Execute inbound and outbound freight operations across international ocean and domestic transportation.
• Coordinate bookings, shipment tracking, documentation, customs records, and pickup and delivery appointments.
• Partner with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, manufacturers, and 3PL warehouse providers.
• Monitor shipment milestones, resolve exceptions, and communicate delays and risks to stakeholders.
• Maintain transportation dashboards and reporting for freight spend, transit times, service performance, and operational KPIs.
• Analyze costs and carrier performance, audit invoices, and support QBRs and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, or operations.
• Experience coordinating domestic and/or international freight transportation.
• Advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis.
• Experience with transportation, ERP, WMS, or supply chain systems.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, analytical ability, and communication skills.
• Must be located in or able to work from a state where hirify.global is registered and authorized to employ individuals.
