Bilingual Customer Service Associate (English/Spanish)

Location: Richardson, Texas, United States; onsite role

Annual base salary: $39,200–$64,700, plus eligibility for performance-based cash incentives

What you will do

• Complete applicable new-hire training.
• Handle high-volume inquiries from customers, agents, brokers, and internal partners through calls, emails, chats, and other channels.
• Answer questions about quotes, policies, coverage, billing, audits, and application access or support.
• Use product, systems, and business knowledge to provide accurate responses and resolve customer needs.
• Navigate multiple systems simultaneously while maintaining an empathetic and professional communication style.
• Document interactions accurately and support departmental projects and development initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior customer service experience.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with empathy and the ability to adapt communication to different audiences.
• Ability to use technology, navigate multiple platforms, analyze information, and make informed decisions.
• Organizational skills, resilience, and the ability to manage shifting priorities in a high-volume environment.
