Bilingual Customer Support Specialist - Overnights (Spanish)

Location: On-site at the California Branch, 4810 South Hellman Avenue, Ontario, CA 91762. Full-time hours are Friday–Tuesday, 9:00 PM–5:30 AM. Training is conducted Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM for approximately 6–7 months.

Pay: $30–$35 per hour, including a $4 shift differential.

What you will do

• Process customer orders and handle account inquiries using customer service technology.
• Answer product, pricing, and shipping questions.
• Recommend products and solutions based on customer needs.
• Build customer relationships through phone, email, and chat.
• Help customers navigate the website and online ordering.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent written and verbal English and Spanish.
• Strong problem-solving, listening, and communication skills.
• Customer service experience is beneficial but not required.
• Availability for the specified overnight schedule and on-site work.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Prior customer service experience.
