System Engineer 2 (RF/SIGINT)

Location: On-site in Ft. Meade, Maryland, United States. United States citizenship and an appropriate security clearance are required.

Salary: $45.61–$119.86 per hour.

What you will do

• Administer, configure, and troubleshoot Linux and Windows systems supporting RF and SIGINT collection platforms.
• Analyze CONOPS, system architectures, and user requirements to develop and manage system requirements and specifications.
• Lead system design, integration, and development across hardware and software components using DoDAF and SOA frameworks.
• Maintain systems engineering documentation, including SEPs, ICDs, and requirements specifications, with full requirements traceability.
• Support system integration, testing, verification, and validation across platforms using DRT, NiFi, ONEROOF, DARKQUEST, and FORNSAT.
• Coordinate with technical teams and government stakeholders on design reviews, risks, system performance, certification, and lifecycle sustainment.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with an agency-appropriate polygraph is required.
• United States citizenship is required.
• Fourteen years of systems engineering experience on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related discipline; five additional years of systems engineering experience may substitute for the degree.
• Experience with Linux and Windows administration, network configuration, system integration, and engineering documentation.
