Systems Engineer Technical Specialist (SIGINT)

Location: Aurora, Colorado, United States; no remote or telework allowed.

Salary: $135,035.83–$234,801.11 per year.

What you will do

• Design, develop, integrate, evaluate, and modify end-to-end systems throughout the product lifecycle.
• Generate, translate, verify, and maintain system-level and lower-level technical requirements.
• Establish engineering standards, processes, and procedures across product development.
• Design system interfaces, evaluate technical performance, and participate in hardware and software design reviews.
• Develop verification procedures and customer acceptance tests, review test plans, and participate in system testing.
• Support SIGINT rapid prototyping by developing web services and data-routing scripts, deploying capabilities through DevOps, and working with mission operators and lab developers.

Requirements

• Must possess and maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, mathematics, or a similar technical discipline, with 10+ years of domain experience.
• 10+ years working with SIGINT data sets and 5+ years of coding in a mission environment.
• Subject Matter Expert in at least one SIGINT discipline, with experience using collection systems, constrained tasking, and SIGINT data outputs and formats.
• Experience parsing and reformatting mission data sets, working in cloud environments, and deploying web services and software frameworks.
• Strong systems engineering, systems analysis, communication, presentation, collaboration, and customer-representation skills.

• 15+ years working with SIGINT data sets.
