Salary: $154,000–$184,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Develop, review, and maintain systems engineering documentation, including System Engineering Plans, capability documents, requirements specifications, and Interface Control Documents.
• Manage system, functional, and derived requirements and allocate them across hardware, software, facilities, and personnel components.
• Develop system architectures, operational concepts, interface standards, SOA solutions, and DoDAF operational, technical standards, and systems and services views.
• Coordinate systems integration, interface definition, configuration management, verification, testing, and technical reviews across multiple teams.
• Perform performance, reliability, maintainability, vulnerability, survivability, risk, and end-to-end flow analyses.
• Support DoD certification and accreditation planning, test analysis, information assurance, and security mechanism requirements.

Requirements

• 14 years of experience as a systems engineer on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, or a related discipline; five additional years of systems engineering experience may substitute for the degree.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
• Experience with systems requirements, functional allocation, system architecture, integration, verification, and technical assessment.
• Knowledge of DoDAF, SOA, information assurance services, security mechanisms, and DoD certification and accreditation processes.
