Product & Portfolio Manager - Healthcare

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, prioritize, and refresh healthcare-focused product portfolios, use cases, opportunity areas, and turnkey solution sets.
• Build competitive intelligence, business cases, and three-year product and feature-benefit roadmaps for the healthcare vertical.
• Define user-focused product vision, requirements, principles, and development direction with design, engineering, and business teams.
• Contribute to product development from concept and prototyping through launch, including consumer research, stage-gate reviews, and manufacturing partner collaboration.
• Balance product experience, time to market, product cost, financial implications, and customer support plans.
• Support marketing, sales enablement, go-to-market planning, and channel sales for healthcare solutions.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience bringing multiple hardware or software products to market, or direct product and portfolio management experience.
• Experience developing consumer electronics products from concept through mass production using stage-gate processes.
• Cross-functional experience collaborating with design, engineering, program management, marketing, operations, business development, and external partners.
• Strong understanding of hardware and software product life cycles, engineering principles, and design constraints.
• Strong critical thinking, reasoned decision-making, communication, organization, and ability to influence without formal authority.
• Undergraduate degree in business, engineering, product design, or a related field.

• Master’s degree focused on business strategy, user experience, or human-computer interaction.
