What you will do
- Develop and execute brand strategies and marketing plans for assigned hematology and oncology products.
- Lead launch planning and execution for new products and indications, ensuring commercial readiness.
- Manage existing portfolio performance and identify opportunities for sustainable growth.
- Coordinate with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Market Access, Supply, and other cross-functional teams.
- Plan promotional and educational activities, including public relations, symposia, medical society engagement, and customer initiatives.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, business targets, sales enablement materials, and stakeholder relationships with KOLs and key market participants.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience, preferably in hematology or oncology.
- Ability to independently develop and execute strategic marketing plans.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, project management, communication, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese required.
