What you will do

• Develop and execute platform strategies to drive sustainable growth across the Trauma portfolio.
• Lead portfolio management, product launches, commercialization, and market adoption initiatives.
• Partner with country commercial teams to identify growth opportunities and improve market performance.
• Use market insights and customer needs to shape product and business strategy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Supply Chain, and regional and global stakeholders.
• Engage key customers, industry experts, and healthcare stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Significant experience in Medical Devices, Healthcare, or MedTech marketing and commercial roles.
• Proven experience in strategic planning, product portfolio management, and cross-functional leadership.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working across multiple countries and diverse cultures within APAC is preferred.
