What you will do

• Develop and execute marketing strategies and plans for automated peritoneal dialysis to achieve business objectives.
• Collect and analyze market intelligence, sales data, stakeholder insights, and competitive information.
• Build customer-centric marketing plans and brand differentiation strategies with sales, commercial, and medical affairs teams.
• Manage the product portfolio covering peritoneal dialysis solutions, automated peritoneal dialysis devices, and consumables.
• Plan and drive complex projects through efficient delivery.
• Develop innovative therapy and product promotion initiatives to increase peritoneal dialysis penetration and brand loyalty.

Requirements

• Master’s degree; a major in clinical medicine is preferred.
• More than 8 years of experience in a multinational company.
• At least 5 years of individual brand management experience.
• Strong project planning and management skills.
• Results-driven approach with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
