Global Procurement - PMO Specialist

Location: On-site in Maplewood, Minnesota, United States; at least four days per week at the hirify.global Center. Up to 5% domestic and international travel. Relocation assistance is not authorized.

Compensation: $124,127–$151,710 annually, including base pay and eligible variable incentive pay.

What you will do

• Lead project management activities for assigned procurement business groups, category pillars, and projects.
• Align PMO goals and objectives with enterprise supply chain strategies and procurement productivity targets.
• Create project plans, milestones, deliverables, and execution methods for cost-savings initiatives.
• Develop and manage procurement savings pipelines, including bi-weekly reviews and stage-gate processes.
• Coordinate with procurement, supply chain, R&D, laboratory, operations, and other stakeholders.
• Drive process improvement, change leadership, reporting, and internal category communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, completed and verified before starting.
• At least six years of combined experience in procurement, project management, and/or supply chain.
• Strong data analysis, negotiation, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders on complex projects.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience in raw materials, outsourced manufacturing, or indirect procurement category management.
• Experience in manufacturing-based companies.
• Process improvement and project management experience with a proactive, self-starting approach.
