Supply Analyst I

Location: Anoka, Minnesota, United States; hybrid

Salary: $54,300–$100,800 annually

What you will do

• Analyze category spend, supply markets, commodity pricing, and industry developments.
• Partner with project leads and category managers on material cost-reduction initiatives.
• Conduct supplier benchmarking, market research, evaluations, negotiations, and selection support.
• Develop supplier identification strategies and cost-comparison methodologies.
• Create reports, dashboards, and analyses for sourcing and procurement decisions.
• Improve sourcing processes, supply management systems, reporting tools, data accuracy, and decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, engineering, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in purchasing, strategic sourcing, supply chain, procurement, or a related analytical role is highly preferred.
• Advanced analytical skills, including SQL, data validation, data quality management, and large-scale data analysis.
• Experience supporting cost-reduction initiatives, supplier negotiations, market analysis, and cross-functional work with engineering, finance, and operations.
• Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects and document processes while identifying efficiency improvements.

Nice to have

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with JD Edwards, MRP/ERP systems, Sievo, Enovia, or Esker.
