Procurement Manager

Location: Onsite at an HPE office in Wisconsin, United States; must be a US citizen.

Salary: USD 62,900–145,300 annual base salary in Wisconsin, United States, plus possible variable incentives.

What you will do

• Execute commodity and category procurement strategies, policies, and tactics worldwide.
• Provide complex procurement support across multiple technologies and business areas.
• Lead process standardization, program strategy execution, and small-acquisition integration activities.
• Monitor programs, delivery solutions, key metrics, and process-oriented tasks while identifying issues and solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and business-unit teams to support cost management, supply assurance, inventory, and service levels.
• Provide strategic analysis and mentor lower-level contributors.

Requirements

• Must be a US citizen.
• First-level university degree or equivalent experience; an advanced degree may be held.
• Typically 4–6 years of experience in procurement or supply chain.
• Mastery of English and the local language.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, corporate compliance, business applications, analytics, communication, and project management.
