Supply Chain Project Management - (B3)

Location: Santa Clara, California; 100% onsite, not remote or hybrid. Travel required up to 10% of the time. No relocation assistance.

Salary: $101,000–$139,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead multiple strategic supply chain projects and programs, managing outcomes, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Drive capacity management, planning, business transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze complex datasets with Excel, Databricks, Tableau, and similar tools to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Create executive-level reports and PowerPoint presentations and communicate recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams across Supply Chain and other functions.
• Document project, program, and process development and share knowledge across relevant teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• 4–7 years of experience in program management, analytics, or related roles within a matrixed or global organization.
• Supply chain, procurement, or sourcing experience is required.
• Experience influencing and presenting data to executive-level stakeholders is required.
• Advanced data analysis and reporting skills are required.
• Advanced Excel, Databricks or similar, and PowerPoint skills; Tableau, Power BI, or SQL experience is preferred.

Nice to have

• Professional certification such as PMP, CAPM, or Six Sigma.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or SQL.
