Sr. Supply Chain Project Manager & Operations Analyst

Location: Los Angeles HQ, onsite

Salary: $140,000–$160,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead large-scale operations and logistics projects from concept through execution, including product launches, network optimization, and process improvements.
• Manage project scope, budgets, risks, timelines, trackers, milestones, and stakeholder responsibilities.
• Connect and analyze data from multiple sources to support supply chain decisions and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, vendors, and suppliers while ensuring timeline, quality, and contractual compliance.
• Lead change management for system implementations, process redesigns, and organizational changes.
• Lead RFP efforts and 3PL go-live planning; create operational KPIs and executive dashboards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business management, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of related experience in data analysis and project management within logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or manufacturing.
• Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and executive presentations, plus experience with Power BI, Looker, Tableau, and project management software such as Asana, Jira, or Notion.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, validate cross-referenced data, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must work onsite at the Los Angeles HQ.

Nice to have

• NetSuite experience.
• Apparel ecommerce with retail or wholesale experience.
• PMP certification.
