Salary: $136,800–$253,200 per year

What you will do

• Develop and implement a total quality management system integrated with the hirify.global Operating System.
• Lead product, process, supplier, engineering, and operational quality across the Defense business unit.
• Implement lean and continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Establish quality policies, procedures, metrics, customer satisfaction measures, and corrective-action processes based on ISO 9001 standards.
• Partner with engineering, procurement, supply chain, marketing, operations, and customers on product launches, supplier quality, and issue resolution.
• Lead the quality team and provide strategic guidance as a member of the hirify.global leadership team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• 10 or more years of related experience.
• Experience developing and executing strategies that improve quality processes and product quality.
• Experience implementing operational best practices, performance metrics, and ISO 9001 standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, problem-solving, consulting, coaching, and business skills.
• Experience building effective teams through mentoring, succession planning, and personnel development.

Nice to have

• Quality Management certification.
