Salary: $136,800–$253,200 per year

What you will do

• Develop and implement a total quality management system integrated with the Oshkosh Operating System.
• Lead quality strategy and day-to-day quality performance as a member of the Delivery leadership team.
• Oversee product, process, supplier, engineering, and operational quality while driving corrective and preventive actions.
• Improve new product introduction, manufacturing relocation, launch, technology, and component-change processes.
• Establish quality policies, procedures, operational metrics, customer satisfaction measures, and ISO 9001-based practices.
• Partner with engineering, marketing, procurement, supply chain, and customers to resolve quality issues and improve product outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• 10 or more years of related experience.
• Experience implementing ISO 9001 standards and operational best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, consulting, coaching, analytical, problem-solving, and business skills.
• Ability to establish performance metrics, drive accountability, present to senior management, and build effective teams.

Nice to have

• Quality Management certification.
• Six Sigma certification.
• MBA.
• Proven success improving quality processes, product quality, and total quality management measures.
