Salary: $103,300–$177,700 per year

What you will do

• Lead and continuously improve the site's ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
• Act as the management representative for internal and external certification audits and maintain audit readiness.
• Manage QMS documentation, the QMS SharePoint site, and the internal audit program.
• Lead supplier quality activities, including supplier qualification, audits, corrective actions, material review requests, and rework cost recovery.
• Coordinate cross-functional containment, root-cause investigations, corrective actions, product inspection, and testing.
• Lead and develop the Quality team, establish quality metrics, and champion Zero Defects and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Quality, Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least seven years of experience and at least one year of management experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading an ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, including external certification audits.
• Experience developing and executing internal audit programs.
• Experience in mechanical or electromechanical manufacturing; high-mix, low-volume manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Ability to obtain a passport and travel internationally, and work effectively in a diverse, multicultural environment.

Nice to have

• Master's degree.
• ASQ certification such as CQE, CRE, or CSQP.
• Lean Manufacturing experience, Six Sigma certification, AWS training or certification, and expert ISO 9001:2015 knowledge.
