Network Orchestration Specialist (Logistics)

Location: Cincinnati General Offices, United States; onsite role with a rotating 2-on, 2-off, 3-on schedule

Salary: $54,100–$67,600 per year, plus bonus if applicable and benefits

What you will do

• Monitor KPIs and leading indicators across multiple sites using approved dashboards and tools.
• Identify anomalies, emerging risks, and operational exceptions, then apply established playbooks and standard work.
• Create and maintain incident records covering status, impact, actions, ownership, and next steps.
• Provide concise, decision-ready updates and document decisions for operational continuity.
• Conduct structured shift handoffs and escalate non-standard situations through designated channels.
• Summarize recurring issues and trend-based risks to support improvement priorities.

Requirements

• Ability to interpret operational metrics, identify exceptions, and communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Proficiency with Excel spreadsheets, chat and email tools, dashboards, and other standard computer tools.
• Ability to follow standard work, use templates, maintain accurate documentation, and escalate appropriately.
• Ability to work a rotating 2-on, 2-off, 3-on schedule.
• Experience with logistics or warehouse operations, performance monitoring, or operations support is preferred.
• Experience with PRIME or comparable warehouse management systems and familiarity with RCA, PDCA, or Lean are preferred.
