Logistics Operations Specialist (Supply Chain)

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States; hybrid role with onsite responsibilities

Salary: $75,000–$99,000 per year

What you will do

• Serve as the primary onsite interface with contracted warehouse, fulfillment, and service partners in the Dallas area.
• Evaluate inbound, outbound, inventory, returns, material handling, and service processes against operational requirements.
• Review records, system transactions, performance indicators, and shipment documentation to identify deviations and risks.
• Investigate discrepancies, determine containment or corrective actions, and own issues through validation, escalation, and closure.
• Support month-end and quarter-end shipment readiness, inventory availability, documentation completeness, and partner capacity assessments.
• Coordinate with Fulfillment, Inventory, Tech Ops, Service Logistics, Supplier Quality, and external partners on exception resolution and audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in warehouse, fulfillment, inventory, service logistics, manufacturing, or related operations.
• Direct experience working with third-party warehouse, fulfillment, or service partners.
• Experience analyzing operational performance, inventory accuracy, process compliance, and corrective actions.
• Experience with warehouse management systems, ERP systems, domestic and international shipping, import/export, and transportation operations.
• Proficiency with Excel for operational metrics analysis and reporting; comfortable working onsite and making time-sensitive decisions.
