Senior Manager, Operating Department Leader (Supply Chain)

Salary: $110,000–$165,300 per year

What you will do

• Lead warehouse, shipping, receiving, and logistics activities at the Albany Plant, focusing on safety, organization, efficiency, and performance.
• Set expectations, coach logistics personnel, and build accountability across the operation.
• Ensure accurate and timely shipping, receiving, and internal material movement processes.
• Oversee third-party logistics organizations and manage material receiving activities.
• Drive continuous improvements in customer delivery processes and eliminate operational losses.
• Develop team training in line with the Integrated Work System and company principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in manufacturing or supply chain.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop technicians and logistics personnel.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across operating departments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and activities simultaneously.
• Computer skills and experience with systems such as Proficy, Microsoft Office, SAP, RTCIS, OneNote, and BOX.

Nice to have

• Warehouse Management System or automation experience.
• Experience with data-based decision-making, root-cause elimination, emergency response, and downtime work organization.
