Ground Network Operations Agent (Logistics)

Location: 760 Port Carteret Dr, Carteret, NJ 07008, USA; onsite night shift, Sunday–Tuesday and Friday–Saturday, 16:00–23:59

Salary: USD 46,000–50,000 per year

What you will do

• Create operating records for scheduled and ad hoc truck routes in company systems.
• Coordinate cargo recovery from CFS facilities and third-party locations for induction into the ground network.
• Prepare freight transfer documentation, including load manifests and bills of lading.
• Receive and inspect inbound and transfer freight, maintain system updates, and monitor workflows.
• Identify delays and capacity constraints, arrange reroutes and additional trucks, and support contingency capacity.
• Coordinate service provider equipment, conduct provider reviews, and update CRM records.

Requirements

• 2+ years of transportation, local pickup and delivery, distribution, or related logistics experience preferred.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to listen, comprehend, and obtain positive results.
• Strong facilitation, problem-resolution, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
• Ability to support continuous improvement and communicate the value of service provider relationships.
