Strategic Sourcing Manager

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States; on-site role. Global travel required up to 10–20% depending on business needs.

What you will do

• Own global spend across assigned international categories and develop category strategies informed by trade regulations, currency impacts, geopolitical factors, and market conditions.
• Manage relationships with international suppliers and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive innovation, sustainability, quality, cost, and supply assurance.
• Lead supplier evaluation, selection, negotiation, and contract development for international supply agreements.
• Partner with Procurement Operations to execute RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs while meeting compliance, trade, and quality requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance, costs, risks, and financial deliverables through sourcing metrics and dashboards.
• Analyze global demand, market fluctuations, supplier transitions, and cross-border material flows, providing recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, International Business, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
• At least 4 years of professional procurement experience, including 2 or more years in international sourcing or global supplier management.
• Strong understanding of global category management, spend analysis, RFx processes, commercial negotiations, and international supplier relationships.
• Ability to assess the impact of currency, tariffs, logistics, geopolitical disruptions, regulations, and time zones.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, influencing, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP or other ERP experience preferred.

Nice to have

• MBA or CPSM certification.
• Experience with commodities trading, foreign negotiations, or large-scale international partnerships.
• Korean or Spanish bilingual skills.
