Director, Strategic Procurement (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end identification, RFP/RFI, negotiation, and execution of savings opportunities across the organization.
• Lead, coach, and develop four Category Managers while setting priorities and accountability for savings targets.
• Build relationships with business unit stakeholders and manage the adoption of new sourcing strategies, vendors, and procurement processes.
• Standardize and mature procurement intake, approval, contract management, and Coupa workflows.
• Manage key vendor relationships across IT, Marketing, and G&A categories and negotiate favorable terms.
• Partner with Procure-to-Pay, Real Estate, and Travel & Expense teams while communicating strategy and performance to executives.

Requirements

• Proven success delivering measurable savings through sourcing, RFPs, negotiation, and execution.
• Experience leading and developing Category Managers or comparable sourcing professionals.
• Strong procurement and category knowledge across diverse spend areas, including IT, Marketing, and G&A.
• Experience with Coupa or similar procurement/P2P platforms, including intake and approval workflow design.
• Strong contract management, negotiation, compliance, controls, change management, and executive stakeholder engagement experience.
• BS/BA in IT, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline, plus 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management and 8+ years in Procurement.

• Familiarity with IPO processes and requirements.
• Prior experience working in a matrix organization.
