RN Academic Education Specialist- Clinical Education and Professional Development- Full Time (Nursing Education)

Location: Manchester, NH, United States; day shift with variable hours and some evening hours.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary liaison between the hospital and affiliated nursing schools.
• Coordinate clinical placements, faculty partnerships, rotations, preceptor coverage, and student learning experiences.
• Oversee Clinical Instructor Partners and supervise student clinical experiences.
• Build nursing-program partnerships to expand placement opportunities and support recruitment pipelines.
• Monitor and document student performance, competencies, program outcomes, satisfaction, hiring results, and retention data.
• Support onboarding, training, competency validation, professional development, and departmental education initiatives.

Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing is required.
• Current New Hampshire or multistate Registered Nurse licensure is required.
• Basic Life Support authorization is required.
• At least two years of preceptor and medical-surgical RN experience.
• Ability to present content in multimodal formats and work independently while managing competing priorities.
• Ability to develop basic computer skills as health-system systems are introduced or upgraded.

Nice to have

• Professional specialty certification.
• Teaching experience.
