What you will do

• Develop onboarding classes, simulation lab scenarios, clinical curricula, and in-service training for home health clinicians and staff.
• Provide educational leadership on specialized patient care, clinical protocols, equipment use, and clinician competency.
• Assess training needs and collaborate with medical providers, patient care staff, preceptors, branch leadership, and home health management.
• Evaluate classroom and simulation programs, track outcomes, and implement improvements to training content and delivery.
• Facilitate preceptor forums, mentor new team members, and support clinical skills development.
• Support compliance with state and federal regulatory, accreditation, and certification requirements.

Requirements

• Associate degree in a healthcare-related field from an accredited or approved school; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of work-related experience in home health or a similar setting.
• Current CPR certification and a valid clinical license for the state or states of practice.
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license.
• Advanced clinical skills and knowledge of clinical protocols, regulatory requirements, and preceptorship models.
• Strong communication, presentation, curriculum development, organization, and Microsoft Office skills.
