Engineering Supervisor (Aerospace)

Location: Lynnwood, Washington, United States; on-site manufacturing environment

Salary: $168,445.20–$202,021 per year

What you will do

• Lead assigned engineering staff and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced product development environment.
• Organize work, set priorities, allocate resources, and report project progress.
• Provide technical management oversight and determine the tools, resources, and processes needed for legacy and new development programs.
• Hire, develop, and support a technically proficient engineering team.
• Execute data-driven action plans to improve team performance and project outcomes.
• Drive product and process standardization, Lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement through Crane Business System tools and kaizen events.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in aerospace product design and manufacturing.
• 3+ years of experience as a lead or supervisor.
• Experience with budgeting, planning, resource assignment, manufacturing standards, engineering processes, and best practices.
• Leadership, organizational, interpersonal, communication, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• BS in Engineering, a related technical BA degree, or equivalent experience.
