Electrical Engineering Manager

Location: Lynnwood, Washington, United States; onsite at the Lynnwood facility

Salary: $168,445.20–$202,021 per year

What you will do

• Lead product development and sustaining programs for complex aerospace electronics.
• Manage electrical system, component, and product design, development, and testing.
• Plan resources across multiple projects and establish and monitor department budgets.
• Improve electrical engineering processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency and product quality.
• Provide technical guidance on DC-DC design, power systems, and hybrid circuit technologies.
• Identify and mitigate risks involving thermal management, electromagnetic interference, and radiation effects.

Requirements

• Only US Persons may be considered where access to Controlled Data or Information is required; ITAR requirements apply.
• 7+ years of related experience, including 2 years of supervisory experience.
• BSEE or a related degree.
• Knowledge of circuit design and architecture development.
• Advanced skills in employee development, team building, business acumen, continuous improvement, systems and tools, project management, and written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with relevant standards and practices, including aerospace industry requirements such as MIL-PRF-38534.
