Sr. IT Manager - Applications (ERP)

Pay range: $118,700–$211,300 annually

What you will do

• Lead a medium to large team of IT professionals through performance management, coaching, career development, and annual reviews.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to create one-year strategy roadmaps, metrics, milestones, and business optimization outcomes.
• Oversee application technology operations across ERP, digital manufacturing, ecommerce, and advanced digital solutions.
• Manage annual planning, budgets, ongoing spend, return on investment, and financial management practices.
• Improve processes, technology, vendor performance, customer experience, and organizational agility.
• Establish IT policies and practices while communicating change impacts, risks, and business objectives across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and seven or more years of experience in IT or a related field.
• At least three years of management experience.
• Knowledge of ITIL, COBIT, financial planning, budgeting, data analytics, agile, Scrum, risk management, strategic planning, and workforce planning.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, leadership, coaching, delegation, and public-speaking skills.
• Strong knowledge of ERP applications, preferably JDE, system integrations, interfaces, and engineering, manufacturing, aftermarket, warranty, and claims processes.
• Regular attendance is required for the Spartanburg-based role.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Seven or more years of management experience.
• Experience building strong relationships with business stakeholders and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Strong manufacturing industry knowledge.
