(USA) Tire and Battery Center Team Leader

Location: Onsite at Sam's Club, 5651 Holmes Ave NW, Huntsville, Alabama, United States

Hourly wage: $22.00–$30.00 per hour. Additional premiums of $0.35–$3.00 per hour may apply in specific circumstances.

What you will do

• Supervise the Tire and Battery Center team and execute department goals, service standards, and company programs.
• Maintain expertise in tire and battery services, equipment operations, TPMS, recalls, product specifications, safety, and compliance.
• Train associates on products, technologies, service processes, required e-learning, and operational standards.
• Use handheld digital tools to support sales, service decisions, safety alerts, product information, and associate engagement.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, orders, returns, special orders, transactions, documentation, and daily operational execution.
• Collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners while promoting ethics, integrity, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of supervisory experience or 6 months of automotive industry experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to complete required job training and assessments within the prescribed time period.
• Ability to work onsite in Huntsville, Alabama, and perform hands-on duties in the Tire and Battery Center.
• Ability to follow safety, compliance, service, inventory, and documentation standards.
