Business Operations Associate (Automotive)

Location: Onsite at the Tuscaloosa Auction Center, 3427 Skyland East Boulevard, Tuscaloosa, Alabama 35405

Hourly rate: $17.89–$20.13

What you will do

• Provide customer service, answer questions, and guide customers through paperwork.
• Process and audit retail and wholesale sales documents, including deal jackets, finance contracts, and DMV documentation.
• Manage auction and appraisal transactions, including titles, payoffs, and funding documentation.
• Receive payments, prepare deposits, and follow cash security procedures.
• Perform filing, data entry, reconciliation, and other clerical duties.
• Train new associates, support multiple departments, and maintain a clean and safe work area.

Requirements

• Read, interpret, and record data accurately for compliance and reporting.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, data-entry systems, and intermediate PC skills.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and remain standing for extended periods.
• Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and compliance with company policies.
• Availability for varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
