Service Tire & Sales Supervisor (Automotive)

Location: Port St. Lucie, Florida, United States; onsite tire bay and retail work

Salary: starting from $20.00 per hour. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is paid as $500 at six months and $500 at one year, subject to a one-year clawback for each payment.

What you will do

• Manage tire bay operations, staffing, scheduling, sales transactions, and member service.
• Supervise, coach, train, and evaluate tire bay team members while building a safe, collaborative working environment.
• Install, sell, and repair tires, including mounting, dismounting, rotating, and balancing.
• Maintain tire bay equipment, displays, inventory, records, audits, checklists, and cleanliness standards.
• Ensure compliance with tire bay policies, safety procedures, TIA and Titan certification requirements, and Michelin training requirements.
• Use department metrics and reporting to identify opportunities, improve performance, and support club profitability.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Knowledge of tires, batteries, propane tanks, and tire bay equipment.
• Leadership experience including supervision, team training, cross-functional coordination, and performance communication.
• Basic computer skills, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Must pass Michelin training levels one through four within three months of hire; ability to lift over 30 pounds with assistance and work around vehicles, machinery, weather, and loud equipment.

Nice to have

• High school diploma and/or college degree.
• Prior tire installation and sales experience.
• Level 400 certified technician qualification.
