Product Platform and Projects Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid, three days per week in the office in Fargo, ND; Boise, ID; Lewiston, ID; Salt Lake City, UT; Medford, OR; Portland, OR; Renton, WA; Vancouver, WA; Spokane, WA; or Burlington, WA. Candidates must live within commuting distance or be willing to relocate.

Salary: North Dakota expected hiring range of $115,000–$135,000 annually; ranges vary by work location. Oregon, Washington, Utah, and Idaho expected hiring range: $120,000–$145,000 annually.

What you will do

• Lead commercial medical and specialty benefit changes from submission through Product Platform Team review, implementation handoff, and monitoring.
• Align new benefits with the overall product roadmap and annual POWERGrid cycle.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on benefit design and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and administrative policies.
• Integrate competitive research and premium impact analysis into benefit development.
• Create and maintain benefit design masters and manage implementation handoffs.
• Develop work plans, resource requirements, and organizational strategies for analysis and decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, health care administration, or a related field, plus eight years of experience in benefits and three years of project management experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and resolving complex, sensitive issues through negotiation and diplomacy.
• Ability to manage project budgets, timelines, requirements, and variances.
• Strong verbal and written communication, meeting facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of benefit design decisions and mandated requirements, with the ability to act as a subject matter expert.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement with three office days per week and reside within commuting distance of an eligible office or relocate.
