Senior Product Manager, Technology Platform (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States. Travel to and onsite work at client, temporary, or corporate office locations may be required as business needs dictate.

Salary: $101,600–$152,400 based on experience.

What you will do

• Lead strategy, prioritization, and value realization across multiple technology platform capability areas.
• Translate enterprise strategy into outcome-driven roadmaps, prioritized backlogs, and measurable success frameworks.
• Shape roadmaps in Aha and coordinate delivery execution and dependency tracking in Azure DevOps.
• Partner with Engineering to maximize reuse, composability, scalability, maintainability, and enterprise leverage.
• Define AI and automation use cases, evaluation criteria, success metrics, and guardrails with Engineering, Governance, and Security.
• Lead platform rollout and adoption, institutionalize instrumentation and service-level expectations, and mentor Product Managers and Analysts.

Requirements

• 7 or more years of experience in technical product management, platform strategy, or enterprise technology roles.
• Required experience in Revenue Cycle Management within healthcare.
• Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Polished professional communication skills, including executive presentation experience.
• Must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise architecture or platform governance models.
• Experience creating diagrams in Visio or Draw.io and strong Excel skills.
• Experience with Aha or another roadmapping tool and Azure DevOps.
• Openness to innovation, including using AI to improve processes and patient and client experiences.
