Product Management Senior Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid role based in St. Louis, Missouri, United States. Occasional or permanent home working requires cable broadband or fiber internet with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds.

Annual salary: USD 131,400–219,000, depending on experience and geographic location. Eligible for an annual bonus plan.

What you will do

• Lead and develop Advisors and Senior Advisors responsible for Medicaid Encounter capabilities and operational excellence.
• Set product strategy and priorities aligned with compliance, client expectations, operational performance, and business goals.
• Translate regulatory requirements into business requirements, actionable solutions, and implementation priorities.
• Partner with business, technical, legal, compliance, and operations teams on large-scale cross-functional initiatives.
• Guide agile product roadmaps, analyze trends and risks, and recommend performance improvements.
• Oversee plans, deliverables, controls, monitoring, communications, issue resolution, and training.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in pharmacy benefit management, regulated markets, healthcare operations, product management, or a related field.
• Experience leading people, teams, projects, or large-scale business initiatives.
• Knowledge of pharmacy adjudication processes and PBM operations.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Ability to interpret complex regulations and translate them into business actions and operational requirements.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across functions and organizational levels and drive results in a changing environment.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, information systems, or a related field.
• Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, regulated-market capabilities, or healthcare regulatory and compliance initiatives.
• Familiarity with industry standards organizations and regulatory environments.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, SQL, or related data analysis skills.
• Experience in agile product development environments.
